The Johns Hopkins Urban Health Institute Small Grants Program was formed to stimulate and advance community-university partnerships around research and program development. We are now accepting proposals.
The funding levels for each category are: 1. Graduate Student-Community Projects/Research (up to 10 @ $5,000 each) 2. Faculty-Community Research (up to 6 @$10,000 each) 3. Undergraduate Student- Community Project/Research (up to 10 @ $3,000 each)
We will host two information sessions on Sept. 15 and Sept. 29 for anyone interested in applying for funding. Both sessions will be held from 3 to 4 p.m. in the 2nd floor conference room at the UHI, located at 2013 E. Monument Street. You can also contact Amy Gawad at agawad1@jhu.edu or 410-502-7473.
