Living with Loss support group at the Counseling Center

Losing someone or something you love or care deeply about can be a painful experience. Some types of losses may include death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, losing one's health, losing support of family, etc. There is no wrong or right way to grieve, but there are some healthier ways of coping with the pain. This group aims to provide a safe and supportive setting to process your experience with others who understand.
