The Johns Hopkins Live Near Your Work Program, in partnership with the Southeast Community Development Corp., invites you to tour the Patterson Park and Highlandtown neighborhoods on Thursday, Sept. 25, from 6 to 8 p.m. (departure location TBD).
Get a personal look at these vibrant communities which are walkable to the best urban amenities, including Patterson Park, a prized green oasis. Visit featured homes for sale, meet local residents, and taste Highlandtown's award-winning ethnic cuisine. You'll learn how to qualify for low-interest Healthy Neighborhoods loans, as well as other great home buying incentives, including Johns Hopkins Live Near Your Work grants.
Attend this or any 2014 walking tour event and you will receive an additional $1,000 toward the down payment/closing costs of a home in the A, B, or C target areas. (Buyer must settle on or before June 30, 2015.)
