Come explore the diverse and varied communities of Central Baltimore and see our large, affordable houses, ample backyards and parking, spacious parks and playgrounds, beautiful schools and learning spaces, and local shopping, restaurants, and businesses. We'll end with a sampling of local food at our Taste of Central Baltimore and Homebuyer Resource Fair.
Central Baltimore is a collection of neighborhoods adjacent to the JHU Homewood, Eastern, and Peabody campuses. They include Abell, Barclay, Charles North, Charles Village, Greenmount West, Harwood, Oakenshawe, Old Goucher, Remington, and Wyman Park.
This is a collaborative effort of Johns Hopkins University, Greater Homewood Community Corp., Jubilee Baltimore, and Central Baltimore Partnership.
Attend this or any 2014 walking tour event and you will receive an additional $1,000 toward the down payment/closing costs of a home in the A, B, or C target areas. (Buyer must settle on or before June 30, 2015.)
