Beginning this week, in addition to reopening north- and southbound travel lanes between 33rd Street and University Parkway, Baltimore City DOT will shift northbound traffic between Art Museum Drive and 33rd Street to the new travel lanes on Charles Street. Construction crews will begin the next segment of work in the east service lane between 29th and 33rd Street. Resident and two-hour parking will be relocated from the east service lane onto the new Charles Street. Watch for NO PARKING signs to be posted today in the unit blocks between 31st and 33rd streets.
