The Johns Hopkins Live Near Your Work (LNYW) program, in partnership with Come Home Baltimore, invites you to tour New Oliver. Visit our brand new model home with all the bells and whistles, meet neighborhood residents, and see how you can completely customize one of our amazing two or three-story homes for less than $1,100/month. You'll learn how to tap into our multiple sources of grant money for Hopkins employees. So, pop on over to our neighborhood for some really good food, great fun (excellent giveaways every half-hour), and fantastic homes.
Attend this or any 2014 walking tour event and you will receive an additional $1,000 toward the down payment/closing costs of a home in the A, B, or C target areas. (Buyer must settle on or before June 30, 2015.)
