Researchers at the University of Maryland Dental School and Johns Hopkins School of Medicine are looking for volunteers with migraine headaches to participate in a study examining the effects of two different non-drug interventions for reducing headaches. You may be eligible if you:
- Are between 18 and 65 years old
- Have had migraines for at least one year
- Experience four to 14 headaches per month
- Are not using opioid ("narcotic") pain medication
The study involves: - Evaluation for migraine - Interview and questionnaires - Sensory testing procedures - One or more MRIs of your brain - Completing at-home daily migraine diaries - A 12-session program for stress management
