The Office of Recreation encourages students to "Know your numbers." Find your resting heart rate, blood pressure, body fat percentage, BMI, and circumference measurements. Assessments are free of charge and will be conducted by certified personal trainers. No appointment is necessary; just show up on Tuesday, July 8, 7-8pm, in the classroom on the fitness floor at the Rec Center.
