It was a bustle of activity despite the hot and humid weather this past weekend as scores of new and returning Johns Hopkins University undergraduates moved into their Homewood campus residence halls. The students, who descended on Baltimore from all parts of the globe for the fall semester, were busy with more than just moving their belongings this year; they were also required to participate in COVID-19 testing and were even given the option to get vaccinated against the coronavirus during an on-campus vaccine clinic. Even in their earliest days as Blue Jays, these students have been charged with keeping themselves and each other safe.
