Johns Hopkins launches one-day #Hopkins4All giving drive

Contributions toward $140,000 goal support university's annual fund

Today, as Johns Hopkins celebrates the birthday of its founder, it's also launching a 24-hour giving day drive for alumni, faculty, staff, friends, and family.

The goal for today's #Hopkins4All drive is to raise $140,000 from 500 donors, part of an effort to raise a record-breaking $1 million for the annual fund this month. The annual fund helps support need-based student aid, school programs, research, and resources for faculty.

"We would not be the extraordinary community we are without everyone's help—alumni, parents, staff, faculty, and friends—and on this day in particular, we are encouraging an 'all hands on deck' approach," said Chris Dax, director of annual giving.
