An early spring snowburst dropped a few inches of wet, slushy snow on Johns Hopkins University's Baltimore campuses Monday morning. An official measurement of 3.2 inches at nearby BWI airport made it the snowiest March 25 on record, surpassing the previous high of 2.5 inches on the same date in 1933.
