As best as we can ascertain, the requisite elements for a "Harlem Shake" video are as follows:

1. Conspicuously dressed individual begins dancing to song intro while others pay him/her no mind
2. At the approximate moment when the bass line mmmmmmm drops, scene becomes a raucous dance party; the more colorful and arbitrary the attire and props, the better
3. This spirited, spontaneous Halloween party of sorts continues for several seconds, until the video concludes

That's about it. Also, there should be a cat.
