Junior Maria Touloumes scored in the 73rd minute to lift the No. 17 Johns Hopkins women's soccer team to a 2-1 victory at Franklin & Marshall in Lancaster, Pa., on Wednesday night.
After a scoreless first half, Kelly Baker scored early in the second half for the Blue Jays (8-2-1) off an assist from Hannah Kronick. The Diplomats (2-3-4) got even in the 61st minute before Touloumes netted the decisive goal.
JHU, winners of six of its past seven matches, returns home to face Ursinus on Saturday at 7 p.m.
