The Johns Hopkins football team, which has won its first three games by a combined score of 119-35, is ranked No. 16 in the first American Football Coaches Association Division III poll of the season. The Blue Jays have been ranked in the AFCA poll for 11 consecutive weeks dating back to last season.
Mount Union sits atop the poll and received 39 of 42 first-place votes. The complete poll can be viewed online.
Johns Hopkins is also ranked No. 24 in the latest d3football.com rankings. The Blue Jays visit Muhlenberg on Saturday at 2 p.m. in Allentown, Pa.
