Women's soccer begins season ranked No. 3 in nation

After 21-1 season, Blue Jays begin season with highest ranking in program's history

The Johns Hopkins women's soccer team will begin the season ranked No. 3 in the nation in the the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Division III poll, the highest ranking in program history. The Blue were ranked as high as No. 4 last season.

JHU returns eight starters from a team that finished with a 21-1 record last season; their only loss came against Amherst, 2-0, in an NCAA tournament third-round game.
