Mindful Movement: Yoga Before the Break
Description
Take a mindful pause before the winter break with this end-of-year Vinyasa flow yoga session designed exclusively for Johns Hopkins faculty.
This 60-minute class will guide you through a series of gentle yet energizing movements to release tension, restore balance, and renew your focus as the semester comes to a close.
Yoga mats will be available, but you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer. All levels are welcome—come as you are and leave feeling refreshed and centered.
