Description

What if failure wasn't something to fear—but a tool for growth?

In this energizing session with Patrick Brugh, director of the Center for Staff Life Design (CSLD), you'll learn how to build "failure immunity" by shifting your mindset from winning to learning. Using the Life Design framework, you'll explore how to treat setbacks as steppingstones, not stop signs.

In this workshop, you will:

  • Recognize the difference between finite and infinite games and apply this mindset to your career and life
  • Reframe failures as feedback and identify patterns that reveal growth opportunities
  • Use the Failure Log to categorize setbacks and extract meaningful insights
  • Apply Tiny Habits and the Micro-Goals Canvas to build sustainable change
  • Challenge limiting beliefs about career paths and embrace design-thinking for job seeking and decision-making

Stay curious. Stay resilient. Keep playing the long game of life and work.
