This Academic Career Design program, facilitated by Charlene Gamaldo and Rachel Salas, will be composed of a comprehensive series crafted to empower faculty and staff members across all levels of academia. This longitudinal program workshop will offer a holistic approach to academic career design by incorporating the best practices and principles of professional development, academic executive coaching, authenticity philosophy, and strengths-based psychology. Through personalized guidance and tailored strategies, participants will embark on a transformative journey, cultivating their innate talents into intentional strengths. By harnessing the power of strengths psychology approach, participants will be empowered to explore areas outside their comfort zone and expand their horizons. This process will aim to foster personal growth and amplify professional success within the realm of academia.
The program is presented by the Johns Hopkins Provost's Leadership, Advancement, Development (LAD) Academy and Johns Hopkins Continuing Education program.
