How to Make a Humanities Podcast - Workshop 1: Planning and pre-production
Description
A joint initiative of the Alexander Grass Humanities Institute (KSAS) and the Tabb Center (Sheridan Libraries), these workshops are for anyone hoping to launch a podcast or just curious about how to get into podcasting. Whether you're a student or scholar in the humanities, or just want to make a podcast that reaches other human beings, these workshops are for you!
Workshops take place Fridays, noon to 1 p.m.:
- March 7: Planning and pre-production
- March 28: Getting good audio
- April 18: Post-production and reaching audiences
You can attend in person at Conference Room A in Levering Hall (free lunch!) or on Zoom. Workshop recordings will be available to those registered who can't attend live.
Workshops led by Milan Terlunen, AGHI/Tabb Center Engaged Humanities Postdoctoral Fellow; co-creator and host of How To Read and In Sacred Spaces podcasts; co-founder, Humanities Podcast Network; co-editor, Palgrave Handbook of Humanities Podcasting; enthusiastic maker and eater of baked goods.
