Center for Staff Life Design Official Launch

Join the Center for Staff Life Design (CSLD) to engage in activities to design your work life, hear from university leaders about the new center, and learn from a panel discussion how others at the university have designed their work life and career at Johns Hopkins.

What is the CSLD? It acts as a bridge between what you do now and what you want to do in the future as well as how you'd like to do it. You can design your work life with CSLD through programming and support across divisions and schools, job families, career levels, and affinity groups in addition to university-wide learning and development programs that are in-person, virtual, and hybrid through MyLearning.

The launch event includes pre-event networking from 2:30 to 3 p.m., a formal welcome and panel discussion from 3 to 4 p.m., and a CSLD activity from 4 to 5 p.m.
