José Montelongo, a curator of Latin American books at the John Carter Brown Library at Brown University, will give a talk titled "In Search of the Intended Reader: Historical Reading Practices in 16th-Century Mexico" for the Virginia Fox Stern Center for the History of the Book in the Renaissance.
