Community Street Spruce

Description
Please join the Off-Campus Housing Office and its community partners in sprucing up the neighborhood and welcoming spring. Volunteers will clean, sweep, and plant flowers between N. Calvert Street and Abell Ave. and between E. 33rd Street and 30th Street.
Meet at a blue, Johns Hopkins Off-Campus Housing table at the Waverly farmers market. All equipment will be provided, so you just need to bring yourself and your enthusiasm. Off-Campus Housing will also provide pastries and coffee for breakfast and a pizza lunch for all volunteers after the event. Please plan to participate in a 10-minute safety training before your volunteer shift begins. To ensure your comfort and safety, it's recommend to wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes. You may also want to bring a water bottle, sunscreen, and a hat for sun protection.
Sponsored in partnership by Johns Hopkins Off-Campus Housing, Charles Village Community Beneļ¬ts District, Charles Village Civic Association, and the Abell Improvement Association.
