Description
Come discuss about censorship on university campuses, in particular in relation to speech on Israel and Palestine.
Speakers include:
- Robert Vitalis, a professor of political science at the University of Pennsylvania, who will discuss the ongoing situation at Penn
- Tyler Takemoto, a fellow with the American Civil Liberties Union's Speech, Privacy, and Technology Project, who will address the ban imposed by the University of Florida against Students for Justice in Palestine
- two speakers from Faculty First Responders
- Isaac Kamola, an associate professor of political science from Trinity College
- Heather Steffen, Faculty First Responders' assistant director and an adjunct professor in the Master of Arts in Engaged and Public Humanities at Georgetown University
