Description

Learn more about grant opportunities for students to do research and for faculty to teach or do research in Iceland.

The Johns Hopkins National Fellowships Program is excited to welcome Belinda Theriault, executive director of the Iceland Fulbright Commission, to campus. Theriault will discuss Fulbright opportunities in Iceland, including the Fulbright Arctic Initiative, which aims to stimulate international research collaboration on different dimensions of Arctic security while increasing mutual understanding between people of the U.S. and member countries of the Arctic Council. Beyond award offerings, commission visits are a wonderful opportunity for students and faculty to hear about the in-country experience and what makes a strong application.

If you have questions, please email Chelsey Jones, assistant director of scholars and fellows, at cjone273@jhu.edu.
