Description

Join the seventh annual Johns Hopkins Research Symposium on Engineering in Health Care, "Proactive Engineering for Safety, Quality, and Equity in Health Care."

Given the recent challenges faced by clinicians, especially with the inundation of coronavirus, artificial intelligence, and other emerging technologies, this symposium will highlight the current state of proactive approaches to engineering within health care that lead to improved quality, safety, and equity for patients. Industry experts, researchers, and practitioners will gather to explore the latest advancements, share insights, and foster collaborations to drive transformative change in patient-focused health care.

This year's symposium will include keynotes by José Zayas-Castro and Shawna Perry, panel sessions featuring thought leaders from academia and industry, an exhibition hall and networking reception, and more.
