Italo Calvino, The Writer in the Trees

Join this screening of the documentary film Italo Calvino: lo scrittore sugli alberi (2023), which interweaves extracts from Calvino's book The Baron in the Trees (1957) with interviews, letters, photos, drawings, and previously unseen home movies, offering viewers an intimate encounter with the writer. The screening will be followed by a conversation with the director, Duccio Chiarini.
