Description

The Carey Business School will host the next Johns Hopkins Health Policy Forum. The event will feature a virtual fireside chat between Tom Polen, chair, CEO, and president of Becton, Dickinson, and Co., and Alex Triantis, dean of the Carey Business School. The discussion will focus on:

  • How Becton, Dickinson, and Co. is transforming health care delivery and chronic disease outcomes
  • How Becton, Dickinson, and Co.'s mergers-and-acquisitions strategy is enabling growth for the company and addressing unmet needs in health care, most recently in pharmacy automation
  • What it takes to keep health care secure in the supply chain

About the Forum

The Johns Hopkins Health Policy Forum is a quarterly series featuring conversations with leaders who address the most pressing challenges in the development or implementation of health policy.

The series is jointly hosted by the Bloomberg School of Public Health, the School of Nursing, the Carey Business School, and Johns Hopkins Medicine. The forum provides an opportunity for Johns Hopkins faculty, students, and operational experts to engage with policy makers and explore contemporary health policy approaches.
