Considering buying a home in Baltimore City? The Live Near Your Work program offers grants of up to $17,000 toward a down payment and closing costs associated with buying a house in designated city neighborhoods.

Join program specialist Jeremy Hornberger from noon to 1 p.m. on Thursday, May 4 to learn the ins and outs of this home-buying grant available for specific Baltimore City neighborhoods. The live webinar will cover eligibility requirements, application steps, homeownership counseling information, an overview of qualifying neighborhoods and grant amounts, and the conditions of the program.
