Description

A Place to Talk hosts a campuswide Rest Fest. Come join in on some rest and relaxation to celebrate the end of the semester and the beginning of Mental Health Awareness Month.

Ground your senses with the following activities at Rest Fest:

  • Touch: petting zoo with mini cows, mini donkeys, alpacas, lambs, goats, bunnies, tortoises, chickens, and ducks
  • Taste: the first 60 people to complete an activity can get a ticket for free Kona Ice
  • Smell: make aromatherapy cotton balls
  • Sight: blow giant bubbles
  • Hearing: make your own maracas
