Description
As part of Benefits and Worklife's Pre-Retirement Program for faculty and staff, come join Rachel Liccardo, a Johns Hopkins Employee Assistance Program (JHEAP) clinician, as she leads the group through a guided visual-journaling activity to help you reduce stress around approaching retirement.
Join Liccardo to take a mindful moment to visualize what your days in retirement may look like. This exercise will help you open up about your emotions or challenges around approaching retirement. You will need a piece of paper and something to write with. If you enjoy arts and crafts, feel free to use supplies to make a colorful visual. Artistic ability is not a requirement of this session.
This workshop is only available to Johns Hopkins affiliates, not guests. Space is limited. This session will not be recorded.
For information on all the Pre-Retirement Program sessions being offered, visit the Benefits & Worklife website.
