FASxISLC 2023 Presents Mark Hertling

Description

Retired Lt. Gen. Mark Hertling will speak as part of the Foreign Affairs Symposium spring "Paradigm Shift" speaker series in partnership with the International Studies Leadership Council.

This event will focus on Hertling's thoughts on the war in Ukraine and what can be done to limit the power of authoritarian nations like Putin's Russia and in turn support the Ukrainian people.
