Eating well can undoubtedly be a struggle at times, particularly when we find ourselves surrounded by our all-time favorite comfort foods (during the holidays). For many, setting simple boundaries can be helpful in establishing and maintaining a balanced relationship with all foods so that special occasions and holidays are no longer something to be feared, but to be savored and enjoyed while feeling at peace with food.
