Let's make 2023 the best year yet!
Description
So many of us begin the year with the best of intentions to "get fit" or "lose weight" and wow do we start out strong! However, typically by February 1st, those New Year Resolutions have become a distant memory! In this Burnalong Café, from noon to 1pm on December 1st, we will discuss some of our past resolutions and discover why we may have failed. We will understand that failure is not final but instead it is fertilizer for growth allowing us to learn from our previous New Year resolution pitfalls. By the end of the cafe we will have a plan to start the New Year off great AND continue to show up, be consistent and enjoy our wellness journey!
