Description

Ralph Semmel, director of the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory (APL), will discuss with Dean Alex Triantis what it takes to develop and lead a culture of innovation and the impacts of new technologies and discoveries. This event is part of the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School Distinguished Speaker Series.

For 80 years, Johns Hopkins APL has been pushing the boundaries of technology and human discovery—from the first Pluto mission to the DART asteroid deflection.

The networking reception is from 4-5 p.m. followed by the fireside discussion at 5 p.m. Questions can be submitted in advance via email to carey.communications@jhu.edu.
