Koru Mindfulness Program

Description
Learn mindfulness skills and meditation techniques to improve your sleep, decrease your stress, and increase your self-compassion. Koru Mindfulness is a free 4-week program that is open to all JHU students and trainees. Participants must be able to attend all four dates: Oct. 17, Oct. 24, Oct. 31, Nov. 7.
