Transitioning to Medicare

Description

Shelby Jones, program manager of the state health insurance assistance program at the Baltimore County Department of Aging, will discuss transitioning to Medicare as part of Benefits and Worklife's Pre-Retirement Program for Johns Hopkins faculty and staff.

Jones will cover when to enroll for Medicare, the basics of Medicare– including Medigap and Advantage plans, and assistance available to individuals with low income.
