Roadmap to Healing: Visual Journaling for a Better Mental Health
Description
May is National Mental Health Awareness Month! Join Rachel Liccardo, LCSW-C and mySupport clinician as she leads the group through a visual journaling exercise to learn new ways to reduce stress, and to help us open up about our experiences and emotions. You will need a piece of paper and something to write with. If you enjoy arts and crafts, feel free to use supplies to make a colorful visual. Artistic ability is not a requirement of this session.
