Description

Johns Hopkins University is hosting a live virtual briefing on the conflict in Ukraine and its global consequences. The briefing will feature a panel of faculty experts from across the university.

This briefing will include discussion of the following topics:

  • the historical backstory to the conflict and the significance of this moment in history
  • the human costs of the war and the evolving humanitarian crisis
  • the threat of Russian weapon of mass destruction use in Ukraine
  • cyber threats to Ukraine and other democracies
  • the war's implications for economic globalization

Registrants can submit questions in advance or during the briefing.
