Gratitude and Yoga at School of Nursing
You are invited to join the Student Health and Wellness Center for yoga (advanced registration required) and to create your own gratitude jar. The Student Health and Wellness Center will also collect your expressions of gratitude to be shared on the Johns Hopkins Well-Being Instagram for "Grati-Tuesdays" throughout the Spring semester.
Please stop by for a treat from Ovenbird Bakery, gather health and well-being information, and learn about the benefits of cultivating a gratitude practice.
