Description

From telework, to flexible hours, to changes in office culture, the workplace may never be the same following the COVID-19 pandemic. Melissa Swift, an expert in the field of workplace transformation, will join Dean Alex Triantis for an insightful discussion on the forces shaping the future of work and the transitioning labor market.

Melissa Swift is the U.S. transformation leader at Mercer, the consultancy helping redefine the world of work. In this role, Swift is responsible for the firm's efforts in the areas of workforce transformation, human resources (HR) transformation, HR digitization, diversity equity and inclusion, and workforce analytics. Swift is a recognized thought leader on the subject of the future of work post-COVID-19: she has been quoted on the subject in Newsweek, the Washington Post, Axios, and the Daily Mail and has appeared on NPR and Al-Jazeera English.
