Description

The African American Culture Club and Black Faculty and Staff Association invite you to their first Juneteenth Celebration. June 19, 1865, marks the official day that slavery was ended in the U.S. The Juneteenth Block Party will celebrate African American liberation and showcase a vendor market with products and services from black independent consultants and small businesses.

There will be food, music, line dancing, double Dutch, and raffles. Each vendor will raffle off a product and/or service. Winners need not be present to obtain their prize.

This is a family-friendly event. All staff members are welcomed and are encouraged to bring their loved ones and join the celebration. Please come out and celebrate Juneteenth and help support local black businesses.
