Barbara Fredrickson, a distinguished professor in the Department of Psychology and Neuroscience at the University of North Carolina, will give the Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences' G. Stanley Hall Distinguished Lecture entitled "G. Stanley Hall Distinguished Lecture."

Renowned positive psychologist Fredrickson will discuss her most recent work on the value of positive emotions as well as offer a micro-intervention to increase positive social connections and reap associated benefits.
