Description

Join Homewood Recycling's Hop Reuse Hub team for the second part of its spring Lunch & Learn series. The team will teach you how to use plastic bags to make a reusable produce bag.

This is the second of a two-part event. To participate, attendees need is a ball of plarn (plastic yarn made of approximately 4-6 plastic disposable bags). If you did not attend the first part on March 26 but wish to learn how to use plarn to make a reusable produce net bag, register for the April 16 event via this form. All event registrants will receive the recording from the first event so that they can make plarn beforehand.

Attendees who registered for the first event should have received a calendar invite via email for this second part.

During both events, we will also chat about the importance of reduction and reuse as well as the Baltimore City plastic bag ban and extended producer responsibility (EPR).

Please contact recycling@jhu.edu with questions.
