Description

Casual Friday chat with your life design educator and a very cool, REAL alum doing change-making work! Come as you are and leave with a broader network and ideas for what's possible/who's recruiting. Nana Bruce-Amanquah is a 2020 JHU graduate who studied International Studies and French. She is currently completing her AmeriCorps service year as a Logistics Peer Leader and Programming Associate with the Baltimore nonprofit Thread. This job is a part of the gap year she is taking from her master's degree in Human Rights and Humanitarian Action from Sciences Po. From growing up in different countries to graduating during the COVID-19 pandemic to starting her first non-campus job remotely, Nana has a lot of experience trying to make the best of an uncertain situation and plans to continue doing the same as she builds her career.
