Description
The holidays are going to look different this year and change is usually uncomfortable. With such big changes there is sure to be additional stress for many. Join Dr. Tana Hope, director of clinical services, Child & Family Therapy Clinic at Kennedy Krieger, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Thursday November 19 for a conversation on the upcoming holiday season, the stressors we may face, and how best to not only cope, but thrive through them.
