Are you feeling distressed by nationwide or worldwide recent events? Counseling Center staff are available for office hours on Thursday afternoons in November.
Come for support, learn about strategies to help you manage, and find out what resources can be useful. (Office hours are not intended for crisis and are not a replacement for therapy).
