The traditional view of "Quit" smoking is that we are giving up cigarettes and breaking a habit. The webinar, Positive Change: Achieving the Goal of Becoming a Non-Smoker being held from 4 to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, November 3, will serve as an introduction to a more positive approach to changing behavior. By deciding to become a non-smoker you are gaining and choosing to become a person who no longer chooses to smoke. The session will review the myths and realities of nicotine addiction, and how those views could be holding you back from achieving the goal of becoming a non-smoker. If you are not able to attend this session it will be recorded.
