Description

This event is non-religious and open to all regardless of religious affiliation.

The JHU Buddhist Students Association is hosting a half-day retreat: "Sitting, Walking, Playing!" It will consist of brief periods of sitting meditation (which can be done on a cushion, bench, or chair), walking meditation, and InterPlay®.

InterPlay is an art form that anybody can do, a spiritual practice for some, and a means of community-building grounded in improvisation and play. Participants use easy, enjoyable forms of movement, music-making, storytelling, and stillness to create ease and to unlock the body's wisdom. For more information about it, see .

Please arrive a few minutes early to check in. Wear loose, comfortable, modest clothing that covers from shoulders to knees, and shoes that can slip on and off easily. Please bring a bag lunch.
