Description

This special class on Friday 10/27 at noon on the Wyman Quad is being held as part of Wellfest. It is a chance to try out Mindful Yoga and also check out the other Wellness Programs offered on campus. The Mindful Yoga class combines yoga postures, breathing techniques, as well as mindful and meditation practices to help you decrease stress and anxiety, increase concentration, and improve mental, emotional and physical well-being. No special attire or yoga experience necessary. Please bring a yoga mat or towel if possible but it is not necessary to participate. Open to all Homewood or Peabody Undergraduate & Graduate Students.
If it rains, the class will be cancelled. Yoga Instructor: Nila Mechali Berger, E-RYT200 FREE Mindful Yoga classes are offered every week on Thursdays from 4:30-5:30pm in the Mattin SDS room. PLEASE NOTE: Mindful Yoga will NOT be held this Thursday 10/26 or on 11/23. Sponsored by the Counseling Center with support from the Dean of Students Office.

This Friday 10/27 from Noon – 1:00pm on the Wyman Quad as part of Wellfest. Please bring a mat or towel if possible. Take a relaxing break Friday with some Mindful Yoga outside.
