The Brain Injury Clinical Research Center at Kennedy Krieger Institute is recruiting healthy young children (ages 2 and 3 years old) to help us describe normal behavior when interacting with toys so we can better understand the responses of young children with severe brain injuries. The study is titled Assessment of Disorders of Consciousness in Children: Development of the Pediatric Coma Recovery Scale.
During this research study, your child will be asked to look at, listen to, and touch toys. The visit will take about 60 minutes.
